Your Role & Responsibilities

Deliver interactive, engaging classes in

2D Animation, 3D Animation, and VFX.

Train students on

design fundamentals, animation principles, and storytelling.

Teach using

industry-standard tools and workflows.

Mentor students to build strong

portfolios and showreels

for placement. Continuously

update course content

to match evolving trends. Evaluate and guide students through

practical projects and assignments.

Contribute ideas to improve academic excellence and student engagement.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

Design & 2D Animation:

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Animate CC CorelDRAW

VFX & Post-Production:

Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Nuke (optional but preferred)*

3D Animation:

Autodesk Maya (preferred)*
Blender or 3ds Max (any one mandatory)*

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's or Diploma in

Animation, Multimedia, or Visual Communication.

1-2 years

of relevant teaching or studio production experience. Strong

portfolio

showcasing your work in 2D/3D animation or VFX. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

in English. Passionate about mentoring students and delivering high-quality creative education.

demo session or short practical test

to assess teaching clarity, communication, and subject expertise.

Final Interview

A discussion with the

Academic Head and Creative Director

to understand your teaching style, motivation, and fit within the Adoro culture.

Tip: Candidates with hands-on experience in both

animation production and classroom training

will have a strong edge.
