Job Description

Experience: 8-10 yrs in development projects

Education qualification: BE / B.Tech/ MS/ M.Tech

Role: Test Lead (Manual testing) * 6+ years of experience in manual testing with experience in web based testing with some exposure in leading teams .

• Good experience on API Testing.
• Responsible for defining QA strategy, approach, RTM and execution in Testing projects.
• Should be able to lead a team of 5+ members.
• Responsible for tracking test execution and publishing reports to stake holders.
• Should have good knowledge of Database concepts and SQL with expertise in any one of the RDBMS. For example Oracle, MS SQL server, DB2 etc.
• Should have experience in working in Agile methodologies.
• Should have thorough knowledge of STLC and other QA processes.
• Should be able to work closely with DEV team for
• Experience in working with Project management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, TFS etc.
• Should be able to mentor teams for effective test delivery.
• Very Strong Communication & Analytical skills
