Job Description

Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for leadership, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of high-priority projects for new product development across various sites. The role involves strategic oversight, resource management, stakeholder communication, while ensuring alignment with our organization's objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong project management expertise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution: Through our Customer Focused Innovation process (CFI) defined project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines by developing detailed project plans and track progress. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to allocate resources and manage dependencies.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives. Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders for progress and alignment. Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk control measures. Budget & Resource
Management: Take ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Manage project financials, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and reporting on budget performance. Ensure optimal utilization of project resources, including manpower and materials. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports by updating dashboards and one pagers. Ensure the timely completion of all project documentation per CFI deliverables.
Critical Competencies
To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies:
? Experience of working in a global cross-functional environment to deliver project deliverables
? Exposure to new product development and prototyping of an engineered/manufactured product
? Experience of preparing detailed project plans in Microsoft office, Smart Sheet or equivalent.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 6-8 years of experience.
