What role you will play in our team
The Wells Quality Engineer - Drilling Services and OCTG is a broad role definition for individuals, generally with an Operations background, supporting the Wells global business with a focus on Drilling Services, Equipment, Tools, and OCTG products. This position is embedded in the technical center (based in Bengaluru) and provides support to business units and the Wells Quality network globally. Wells Quality Engineer for Drilling Services and OCTG focuses on the application of risk mitigations through Quality best practices and processes to ensure integrity and compliance of services, products, tools, and equipment to specified requirements and provides guidance on fit-for-purpose Quality implementation. This role is also responsible for stewarding monthly Global Wells Quality Network meetings, driving efficiencies in the standardization of processes, sharing quality catches and alerts across business units, and enable the implementation of best practices through lessons learned and industry engagement.
