- Process adherence check in HW development projects (PS-EC & Non PS-EC)
- Conducting moderation - Quality gate/Integration review
- FMEA moderation support for HW Projects
- Facilitate effective process/tools implementation including handling trainings
- Supporting HW teams for process related queries/clarifications
- Monthly status reporting & KPI publishing
- Close coordination with HW development teams & Process Responsible to address the process gaps
- Experience in Quality domain, development life Cycle
- Knowledge in HW domain
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated & self-initiative to drive topics independently
- High level of Customer Focus
- Work well in a team environment
- Added Advantage: Know how on ISO, CMMI, ASPICE standards
