Role: Graphic Designer Experience : 2 to 4 years of relevant experience Job Location : Coimbatore Mandatory Experience : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator) Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs for a variety of projects. This role involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. Role Summary: Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and website elements. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring that the designs align with the overall brand identity. Develop and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages and objectives. Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and artwork. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve design skills and stay competitive in the market. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are delivered within project timelines and meet the desired quality standards. Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas to enhance design projects. Provide graphic support for events, presentations, and other marketing initiatives as needed. Ensure that all design assets are appropriately archived and organized for future reference and use. Assist in creating and updating design templates to streamline the design process. Follow established style guidelines and adhere to company branding standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within established timelines. Interact with clients to clarify doubts and provide suggestions on layouts, designs Work with cross-functional teams on seamless design and implementation of highly scalable dynamic ad display campaigns Provide successful creative solutions that align to both client and business needs Qualifications Educational Qualification: Major in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Visual and Communication Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent (in a creative profession) is mandatory Mandatory Requirements: Full time institute degree in Art or Graphic Design related field Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent knowledge working on Design Technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD) to enhance visual elements in presentations. Demonstrate ability to work independently on self-directed projects and to collaborate in a team Strong design skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create visually compelling layouts. Excellent understanding of graphic design and design principles Knowledge of video editing tools and animation techniques is an advantage. Good command over English language - spoken and written Team player and good interpersonal skills Additional Information Experience : 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
