The Healthcare Practice within BGSW comprises of three distinctive sub-practices with Global P&L responsibilities:

1.Innovative regulated Medical Devices development and their GTM forays (focus Medical Screening Solutions)

2.Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) software Platform development and their GTM forays

3.Software and Connectivity offerings to Global Clientele in Service-Delivery model

The BGSW Healthcare Practice directly reports to Bosch-India Executive Leadership; As well has a direct functional reporting to Principle Bosch Healthcare Solutions GmbH, headquartered in Germany.



1.Handling day-to-day operation that includes team governance, people management, escalation management, capability management, hiring resources etc.

2.Working with large teams comprised of diverse teams cutting across domain, design & technology to delivery customer expectations.

3.Owning, developing & nurturing excellent customer relationship.

4.Managing cost target commitments for delivery requirements, implementing & monitoring expense controls.

5.Effectively and proactively manage risks, operations, revenue, SLA\'s

6.Contributing to the Healthcare strategy formulation and implementation.

7.Owning the P&L of Healthcare engineering services.

8.Growing and expanding business with new customers across geographies.

9.Mining new opportunities with existing customers to achieve high profitability

10.Establish effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework and coordination of cross technology teams, cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery

11.Handle day-to-day people-issues efficiently, all the while keeping attrition levels very low.

12.Maintaining excellent customer relations and keeping escalations to a bare minimum.

13.Implementation of training and development plans to keep the workforce future-ready.

14.Managing engineering activities to meet the business expectations.

This position will have a direct interface to Healthcare practice leader and will liaison with counterparts at Principle Bosch Healthcare Solutions GmbH, Germany. This position involves extensive influencing customers, external partners and healthcare ecosystems. The position will involve local & international business travels

Qualifications

1.Bachelors / Master\'s degree in Biomedical Engineering / Electrical / Electronic Engineering, preferably with an MBA

2.15 years\' experience in leading Healthcare Engineering teams

3.Strong project management experience or PMP certification

4.Experience working in complex, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams

5.Possess strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills - defend ideas with objectivity (drives issue resolution)

6.Strong written, verbal and communication skills including business writing & presentation

7.Preferred: International exposure (USA, Europe)
