About the role: INVIDI Technologies Corporation Client Services team makes sure that our customers and partners are able to grow their business with the full support of our products and services.
As a part of this team, Technical Account Managers are technology and relationship mavericks, who serve as liaisons between our biggest partners, Technical Support and Engineering teams. They handle the customer relationship post-implementation - from on-boarding to roadmap planning and daily support for our core products and solutions.
Technical Account Managers not only serve as technology gurus but also identify new opportunities where our products can better help our customers businesses. Technical Account Managers help us understand exactly what our partners and work to make them successful.
This role would be based in INDIA (remote) reporting to Sr. Director of Sales Engineering.
Key responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively work with customers or partners to define their success criteria, help them configure and launch our solutions, oversee improvements and continue meeting with the customer periodically through regular success checkpoints.
  • Perform implementation reviews, evangelize new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of your customer deployments by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance
  • Provide customer knowledge and support internal teams, such as for example Support team, to resolve issues.
  • Improve product offerings by providing customer feedback on features and industry trends in your markets to Product Management and Engineering
  • Other duties as assigned

You must have:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
  • Relevant technical experience and understanding of OTT advertising, as well as linear
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience managing broad customer base in the advertising Industry.
  • Strong independent contributor who strives in a fast past environment with a high sense of prioritization and urgency.

Physical requirements:
  • INVIDI is a conscious, clean, well-organized, and supportive office environment.

Travel requirement:
  • Local and International travel \xe2\x80\x93 expected 10% of working time
