• Strong development experience in Embedded C in Automotive domain (preferably in Steering/Power train/Brakes/Transmission domain)

• Worked with AUTOSAR BSW Development, standards such as ISO14229, ISO TP

• Knowledge in requirements management tools - DOORS

• Knowledge in UML based tools like Enterprise Architect/ StarUML is preferred.

• Worked with Configuration management tools like Clear case/SVN/VSS/BB/Git

• Worked with Change management tools like Clear Quest / JIRA

• Knowledge / experience with Quality process & Safety-standards such as ASPICE/CMMI, ISO 26262.

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Should have good experience in embedded design and development projects

• Should have good experience in Vehicle Diagnostics development , Failure Handling & monitoring

• Must to have worked on any of the 8/16/32 bit micro controller .

• Should have a good knowledge or must have used any one of the these protocols like CAN, FlexRay, SPI, UART, I2C

• Good to have worked on a control and data acquisition systems

. Should coordinate requirements, create software designs and implement secured infrastructure software components (e.g. in the areas of autosar, bus communication, diagnosis and troubleshooting, cyber security, operating system and concepts, boot software).

Should support customer projects in the implementation of the derivation strategies and the project-specific adoption of the infrastructure software components with agile principles (Scrum, scaled Scrum).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Should be a BE/B.Tech / M.E, M.Tech graduate.
