In 2023 we are looking to fill apprenticeship roles in the Experience Organization, that consists of nearly 700 employees in Product Design, Design Operations, UX Research and Technical Content. As an apprentice, you can expect to be given the space and the opportunity to build upon your skills and knowledge, while contributing to critical work as part of a core team. What YOU get to do as a UX Research Apprentice: Participate in planning and facilitation, analysis and reporting on various research initiatives. Communicate your findings through artifacts such as presentations, personas, journeys, task analyses, etc. as needed for your core team. Partner closely with senior staff to help influence the product strategy and roadmaps with validated user research findings. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
