• 
  Good understanding on SW project lifecycle.
• Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS, ClearCase etc)
• Working experience with Plant Process and Production Release Activities
• Experiences on handling an Integrator role.
• Perform Integration test
• Perform a SW release
• Tracking and monitoring
• Experience in EEPROM Handler.

Hands-on Project management experience in automotive domain.
Stake holder management
Excellent Embedded systems Concepts in Automotive domain
Good understanding of Embedded Software Development in Automotive domain
Adaptive to challenging situations
Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO /ASPICE quality standard

Qualifications
BE (ECE, E&E, Mechatronics)
