Tasks

• Overall responsible for Quality assurance as Engineering Product Quality Analyst for Flash Boot loader Team
• Ensure Quality of deliverables in projects
• Define & deploy quality targets in projects
• Apply quality assurance methods and measures effectively and efficiently by active cooperation during project development/maintenance
• Review partner for Project Manager concerning quality topics
• Review of quality measures & approval for production release
• Ensure transparency of the quality status at the right stage in the development process by planning, application, and monitoring of preventive quality assurance measures
• Facilitate process implementation in projects and handle queries from practitioners
• Review of waivers /Alternate practices, resultant risks and mitigation plans.
• Conduct of Periodic Lessons Learnt and Best Practice identification sessions
• Moderate CARs/8Ds and problem solving using popular techniques
• Manage QA activities in the projects with stakeholders
• Defect analysis & prevention activities
• Effective reporting to Senior Management for efficient decision-making
• Support customer/internal audits of projects. Ensure effective corrective and preventive action for Non-Conformity
• Drive improvement of quality understanding and quality mind-set in the department
• Interface with Central Quality teams for department specific process related points - Identify & collect good sample artifacts for submission to Examples library.
• Provide inputs for Process / Tools improvement and communicate the same to the responsible for defining and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS)

Qualifications

• BE / B Tech or equivalent in Software Engineering with / without Post Graduation in Quality related topics
• Knowledge on Functional safety, ASPICE quality standard would be added advantages
• Process Definition and Quality Assurance (Process Deployment) experience as per ISO9001, CMMI L5 models in Software Engineering
• Knowledge about FMEA and DRBFM processes would be added advantages
• Hands on Experience in Software development and engineering process
• Knowledge of ECU SW development RDCT lifecycle
• Knowledge of Quality Methods with the ability to drive to root cause of specific concerns using quality tools and problem solving techniques

Additional Information

• Overall 5-10 years of working experience
• 3 -4 years of Quality assurance and process consultancy
• Worked as Project Quality Analyst with knowledge ion ASPICE
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in Automotive Embedded industry.
• Passionate about Quality, process deployment, process optimization and defect prevention methods
• Self-driven and Self-motivated to achieve targets
• Adaptive to challenging situations
• Good communication skills (both written and oral) and convincing skills
