Corporate Bank Technology – ISO Payments Transformation – Test Lead Corporate Title: VP Location: Pune Role Description As part of our global ISO and payments delivery team you will work on various initiatives as the ISO Test Lead for APAC. Your role will require you to demonstrate control and ownership over all aspects of the testing planning and execution of ISO for the industry wide SWIFT & local RTGS migrations in readiness for the go lives in November 2022 and throughout 2023 & 2024 respectively. The role will require use of the test leadership experience to assert control over timelines and quality whilst managing communication on progress and impediments to senior stakeholders. The Test Lead will work closely with the Project Manager to co-ordinate the activity of specialists to ensure that tasks are performed that result in the project is meeting its quality objectives, while also where necessary engaging in hands on activities to drive the team towards benefit realisation. Your key responsibilities

• Leading the various application and operations teams to ensure that the test activities are executed and implemented in alignment to the defined business quality criteria
• Stakeholder management and communication, in line with the programme governance
• Ensures that plans, impediments, actions, schedules, and other related test delivery artefacts are documented and tracked.
• Responsible for ensuring test delivery meets quality criteria via appropriate tollgates
• Working closely with the global test leadership to define test approaches and execution plans, while continuing to progress our automation agenda.

Your skills and experience

• Experience as a hands-on Test Lead of business-driven technical change within a similar sized financial services organization, in similar size and complexity of projects
• Evidence of engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Strong Leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Ideally 1+ years’ experience in Transaction banking, ideally in High Value Payments test delivery and transformation
• Ability to Multi-tasking and adapt
