, you will be responsible for assisting entrepreneurs and businesses with end-to-end registrations, licenses, and incorporations. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys variety, client interaction, and building expertise in multiple areas of corporate and tax law.
Key Responsibilities
GST Registration
Prepare and file GST registration applications.
Communicate with clients and GST officials for clarifications.
Track and update GST portal status.
Trademark Registration
Handle client documentation for trademark filings.
Coordinate with IP consultants for objections or oppositions.
Ensure timely renewals and compliance.
Professional Tax (PT) Registration
File state-wise PT registrations for companies and individuals.
Maintain compliance trackers for renewals.
Company Incorporation & LLP Formation
Prepare and file incorporation documents (SPICe+, RUN, PAN, TAN, DIN).
Draft MOA, AOA, partnership deeds, and resolutions.
Assist in opening bank accounts and post-incorporation compliances.
FSSAI / Food License Registration
Prepare and file applications for FSSAI licenses.
Liaise with government portals for clarifications.
Other Business Initialisation Services
Udyam/MSME registration.
Shops & Establishment registration.
Import-Export Code (IEC) application.
Support in drafting NOCs, affidavits, and declarations as required.
Client Interaction & Advisory
Act as the first point of contact for new business clients.
Provide step-by-step guidance on required licenses and compliances.
Maintain regular communication and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in a chartered accountant firm.
Strong understanding of general government compliance, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
