Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Two-Wheeler Sales Manager

to lead our dealership sales team. The ideal candidate will have

3 to 4 years of hands-on experience

in managing two-wheeler sales operations in a showroom or dealership environment. You will be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, customer handling, daily reporting, and driving growth through strategic planning and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure excellent customer experience Develop and implement sales strategies to improve footfall and conversion rates Monitor and analyze sales reports, inquiries, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and present performance insights to management Train and support sales executives on product knowledge, soft skills, and upselling techniques Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, local events, and lead generation activities Ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, and delivery departments Maintain strong relationships with walk-in and returning customers to enhance customer loyalty Handle escalated customer queries or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (automobile background preferred) Minimum

3 to 4 years of experience

in

bike or two-wheeler showroom/dealership sales

Strong knowledge of bike models, financing options, and showroom sales processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language Proven experience in

team handling

, performance monitoring, and training Proficient in

MS Excel

and dealership management software (DMS) Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service orientation

Preferred:



Familiarity with brands like Hero, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, or Royal Enfield, Yamaha Basic knowledge of inventory management and vehicle registration process

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
