Role Overview:



The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Yamaha two-wheelers to customers. The role requires

1-2 years of sales experience

with a strong focus on customer handling, lead conversion, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Customer Handling:

Attend walk-in customers and explain Yamaha two-wheeler models, features, and pricing. Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into successful sales. Provide test rides and ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.

Target Achievement:

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the showroom management. Promote upselling of accessories, insurance, and finance schemes. Maintain strong product knowledge to support effective selling.

Documentation & Process:

Handle customer documentation for vehicle booking, registration (RTO), insurance, and finance. Ensure accurate entry of customer details in CRM/sales systems. Coordinate with accounts and delivery teams for smooth vehicle handover.

Market Development:

Participate in local marketing activities, test ride campaigns, and promotional events. Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business. Gather market insights and competitor activities for reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate/12th Pass with relevant sales experience.

1-2 years of sales experience

(preferably in automobile/two-wheeler sales). Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer queries effectively and close sales. Basic knowledge of finance and insurance will be an added advantage.

Compensation:



Fixed Salary: As per company norms Incentives: Attractive incentive scheme based on sales performance.

Pay: ₹9,110.22 - ₹15,000.00 per month
