REQUIREMENTS Degree/ Qualification Bachelor Degree in Energy / Thermal / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering Masters degree is a plus Experience 2+ years minimum of working experience as Performance / Energy / Drive Quality / Thermal System Energy Development. At least 1+ years of automotive experience in Energy Management 1D analyses Work experience in Global Automotive OEM preferred Personal characteristic/ Work attitude Accustomed to working in a rapidly changing, high growth environment. Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes Soft skills Basic English knowledge both oral and written Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently Good presentation skills and communication skills Knowledge Should be familiar with all aspects of vehicle operation and desirable the basic functions of the major vehicle components and systems. Knowledge of energy systems and hybrid and electric vehicle operating principles Collecting & preparing input parameters for analyses Building suitable simulation models; Results evaluation and optimization Good knowledge in 1D analysis Software like AVL Cruise, Amesim, GT Suite JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW Lead strategic development of energy systems (power, economy and driving performance); to lead calibration resources for energy systems; to manage functional development for energy systems; to develop and manage suppliers for the purpose of creating control systems. FUNCTIONAL JOB Energy Management performances 1D analysis: Powertrain/High Voltage EV Systems, vehicle power, economy and driving performance, design power system configuration, power systems matching, the proposed motor system, battery systems, reducer and tires, etc. Report testing results to 1D CAE Lead Engineer / 1D CAE Team Leader Collaborates daily with 1D CAE team and other team across all functional disciplines as well as partners. Energy Management Performances Optimization Testing & Validation of Simulation Models. OTHERS Ability to Investigate into the root cause of the product / simulation / field issues to optimize the design. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
