We’re building the next generation of ADP technologies Celergo/ADP team is searching is a highly skilled CRM developer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. This role is going to focus on developing solutions and building out the CRM system on the back, middle, and occasionally front ends. As a Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications. This person will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers, and business resources to build highly-performing enterprise systems that improve our internal performance and market position. The Senior CRM Developer will report to the Manager of IT and will be accountable both for developing new and sustaining existing application programs that support the Celergo business model. These programs consist of internal and external programs using a variety of technologies that require knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server 2012), and ASP.Net web-based platforms. Technology is a key enabler for our customers and a key focus for the company. Our technology infrastructure is based on Microsoft .NET 4.0 with ASP.NET/ C#.NET, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, JQuery and MS SQL Server — SSRS/SSIS for the database backend. The adoption of new technologies is a constant endeavor to make sure we are quick to respond to changing market needs. THINGS YOU’LL DO:

• Develop new functionality on our existing software products.
• Senior/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations.
• Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
• Work within a small team of 5-8 individuals to create technical solutions for Dynamics CRM
• Analyze business and technical requirements for CRM to understand what can be done or what needs to be changed
• Create solutions, specifically such as plugins, workflows, entities, forms, views, etc.
• Utilize web technologies to develop and build out the customer-facing web portal
• Work on integration projects and data migrations to transfer data from legacy systems
• Support and troubleshoot issues that arise when programming and coding
• Work between various teams within the Development and IT departments
• All other responsibilities as assigned

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• 5-8+ years of extensive experience in all stages of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) involving requirements gathering, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementation of various applications specializing in Microsoft Technologies.
• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 customization & configuration is required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Dynamics 2016 Development (C# and API Calls)
• Good experience in developing and maintaining Java Script extensions, C# plug-ins, and .Net integrations for Dynamics CRM
• Design and implement CRM web service API calls for system integrations
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 2016 CRM, and the ability to convey this knowledge to balance the use of native (OOB) features and the appropriate use of custom development
• Sound knowledge in Dynamics 2016 CRM Entities, Workflows, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, Configurations, Customization Development, Integration Development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, and CRM Solutions File Management
• Deployment & Packaging of Solutions
• Upgrades (2016 to Dynamic 365)
• Security Model
• Experience in implementing Data Integrations
• Ability to understand and articulate business processes and requirements to CRM solutions
• Proven ability to successfully deliver critical, enterprise-level initiatives
• Experience using Agile (SCRUM) methodologies
• Experience with Jira for Agile work tracking, development of user stories, test script generation, and tracking
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications preferred
• Strong English communication skills and Positive team attitude preferred.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
