Job Description

• 5 + years of experience in business critical, high availability, externally facing application monitoring
• Experience in capturing applications baseline performance deviations and implement proactive monitoring and alerting of production systems
• Experience in leveraging monitoring tools and capabilities to find root cause for incident and problem management for internal platforms and external integrations
• Provide input into strategies, capabilities and integrations to improve the availability and performance of production applications.
• Drive operational implementation of monitoring capabilities, dashboards and improvements.
• Ability to lead efforts capturing reporting requirements, develop system performance, capacity and key business transactions reports-dashboards by leveraging approved tools and processes to maintain operational availability of delivered solutions
• Experience in leveraging a predictive analytic approach to identify and mitigate issues before they have material impact to our application consumers.
• Monitoring and reporting of multiple channels of communications with customers (texting, calls, faxes, web, etc) and reporting on usage of such channels
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development life cycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management (GITHUB/JIRA), build processes, testing, and operations

• Salesforce environment knowledge/experience
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and external platforms
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
