Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
  • Post the job descriptions on the job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
  • Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for the open positions
  • Stakeholder management
  • Build a candidate pool to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
  • Candidate engagement from sourcing stage till onboarding.
  • Ensure the Key recruitment metrics (time to hire, time to onboard, sourcing mix, offer acceptance ratio etc) are met.
  • Coach and guide the contract resources (reporting to this position) to meet the deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-9 years’ experience in IT recruitment
  • Experience using job boards to source quality candidates
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Excellent communication skills
