Role Profile : Key Accountabilities \xef\x82\xb7 Manage, direct and report on the Country HR functions, as per HR policies and procedures, and in compliance with Country specific labour regulations. \xef\x82\xb7 To provide a high quality HR support at all levels of management whilst maintaining focus on the long term development of leadership capability and effective retail operations. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain strong and cordial employee relations \xef\x82\xb7 To facilitate effective Change Management process. \xef\x82\xb7 To support the identification and resourcing of all Leadership Talent within Retail Operations \xef\x82\xb7 To develop the leadership capability of managers through effective learning and development activities. \xef\x82\xb7 To improve business efficiencies through the implementation of effective HR work processes and systems. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for administering rewards and benefits programs throughout the organization. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate the regular HR audits to ensure compliance of company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and business needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct and facilitate the annual Performance management reviews \xef\x82\xb7 Accountable for monitoring Airport pass to enable smooth employee onboarding \xef\x82\xb7 Accountable End to end salary processing and complete knowledge of statutory acts like PF, PT, ESI, Minimum wages, Shops and establishment etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and review employee leave and attendance. \xef\x82\xb7 Accountable for employee profile updates in HRIS tool \xef\x82\xb7 Support all Adhoc analytical report required by the management time to time for business, cost and employee performance analysis Person Profile : Experience and Specific Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal & written communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 Strong expertise in working with Ms. Office tools. Proven analysis & numeracy skills \xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in Excel formulas, pivot tables & data representation. \xef\x82\xb7 Profound interpersonal skills to be able to manage internal & external stakeholders. \xef\x82\xb7 Should be flexible enough for the work stretch at times & possess adaptability. \xef\x82\xb7 Technical Skills : SAP success factors, Service NOW, MS. Office \xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of statutory and labour compliance \xe2\x80\x93 PF, ESI, PT, Minimum wages, Bonus act, Shops and establishment etc \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience at a senior level in HR role. Experience of managing field teams. \xef\x82\xb7 Retail industry exposure preferred . \xef\x82\xb7 Linguistic Proficiency : Kannada and English is must. Hindi is preferred
