Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):
- 5 to 6 years of experience in manual software verification for embedded devices
- Expertise in understanding system and software architecture, test protocols, debugging, and test execution
- Experience in test protocol design, review, and updates
- Strong experience in handling test equipment such as Oscilloscope, Function Generators, DMM, and PSU
- Basic embedded C coding skills (at least 50% proficiency or trainable)
- Hands-on experience with communication protocols (RS-232, RS-485) and thorough understanding of these protocols
- Expertise in end-to-end software testing: from inception, requirement specification, planning, designing, protocol development, configuration, release management, defect identification, prevention, root cause analysis, documentation, to final release
- Strong experience in design verification testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively at various organizational levels
- Experience working in regulated industries (Medical, Aerospace, Automotive)
- Good understanding of Medical Quality Management System (MQMS ISO 13485), Risk Management (ISO 14971), and Medical Device SDLC (IEC 62304) is preferred
- Exposure to white box testing is preferred
