The CW (Cisco Wireless) PMO teamis responsible for Planning, Cross functional coordination, Strategic Execution, Projectmanagement and Business Operations. The GBO (global operations team) Drives initiatives from conception to execution, cultivating alignment across theatres,segments and functions. We seek excellence and consistency in program management practices with the goal of accelerating Cisco's growth.



We are seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Wireless program management team which is responsible for the development of Enterprise Wireless products and solutions. This role will help to realize strategic business benefits, achieve strategicobjectives, and implement operational efficiencies andwill build cross-functional partnerships to plan,direct and coordinate complex engineering programs. We are looking for someone who is inquisitive, a keen problem solver and able to work closely with our customers and internal partners

Responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional Enterprise Software Solutions and Programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas acrossCISCO Networking group. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensureon-time delivery. Provideaction based program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. Perform risk management and organizational change on projects and do overall Release management Help setobjectives and measurable metrics on roadmap for multi-functional programs working across various teams. Build dashboards to track and measure metrics as applicable. Drive consensus, alignment and communicate strategic program directions; Provide all necessary data to support critical decision-making through fact-based analysis. Identify,document and track program dependenciesrequired for successful execution. Ensure effective communication within multi-functional teams: Operations, Engineering, Product Management,QA and Release Management. Possess strong people, leadership, critical thinking, organizational excellence, data analysis,presentation and communication skills. Have a fair understanding of Networking principles and Protocols. Experience working on medium to large-scale Enterprise Software programs. Proactivelyestablish practices, templates, policies,tools and partnerships thatimpactthe Enterprise Wireless Comfortable in interpreting data to translate andpresent as business insights.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent technical subject area 5+ years relevant experience in networking/technology industry, with 2+ years in a Project Management position and a demonstrated history and ability to take a leadership role in running programs Validated history of driving successful S/W programs and releases and leadingchange with your programs

Nice toHave:

Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Practical work experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies with Jira Deep technicalproficiency: Networking, Cloud Architecture, Development and Deployment, Build& Release systems Demonstrable ability to influence business partners and supporting teams Initiate andparticipate in interpersonal efforts to improve overall programteams' efficiency. Experience in a project/solution leadership position preferred. Experience with Data Analysis and data visualization tools Experience in integrating and delivering Networking Systems and Infrastructure solutions atscale. Programming experience in Software Development or Testing with some exposure to Unix
