Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated

Lacquering/Spray Paint Executive

to handle surface finishing using spray techniques. The role involves coating products (e.g., metal, wood, or plastic) with lacquer, paint, or protective finishes in a production setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

spray painting/lacquering

on components as per production requirements Prepare surfaces by

cleaning, masking, and priming

before painting Ensure

uniform coating

and proper finish without drips or uneven layers Follow

standard operating procedures (SOPs)

and quality guidelines Handle spray paint tools, compressors, and safety equipment properly Maintain cleanliness and safety in the painting area Assist in drying, polishing, or re-coating if required Report any defects or equipment issues to the supervisor

Candidate Requirements:

10th or 12th pass Basic understanding of painting/lacquering process (training will be provided if fresher) Ability to work in a factory/production environment Must follow safety protocols (gloves, mask, ventilation) Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Prior experience in spray painting will be an added advantage
