Job Purpose
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and drive the implementation of comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, engage, and hire top talent for all divisions of the enterprise. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will work closely with key stakeholders, external vendors, develop innovative programs, partnerships, and tactics to support all recruitment needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, lead and direct recruitment strategies by utilizing a deep understanding of target talent populations, and a strong recruitment foundation, to identify the areas of greatest opportunity and set a roadmap to meet future growth
Develop and implement recruitment metrics and reporting
Lead all recruitment initiatives, to include sourcing, negotiating salaries, interviewing, networking, have a strong knowledge of internal position functions
Active collaboration and partnership with hiring managers, senior leadership and external vendors to build strategies that will ensure recruitment practices meet the organization's needs
Ensure position openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner
Innovate and implement recruitment programs to identify and build solid pool of top talent
Monitor the competitive landscape; design and develop creative ideas to strengthen company's competitive position as the employer of choice for top talent
Engage stakeholders, with skills in effective communication, persuasion, and influence; Working collaboratively with colleagues in a highly supportive environment; Modelling inclusive leadership
Lead, coach and develop internal recruitment team
Use, protect and disclose patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources
5-7 years of recruitment and management experience
Experience with ATS systems
Functional expertise in recruitment and leading large processes, programs or teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Ability to balance qualitative and big picture impact alongside quantitative analysis
Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality and time management skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment
Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever
Working Conditions
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
