1 Expert IT Process Consulting - Production Solution - MES

Your tasks:
- Ensure the department activities in their domain (Shopfloor\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Provide support of daily business on Shopfloor applications in all LEONI plants through direct contact and using the Corporate Ticketing System: User support and Second-Level Support (Error analysis and error fixing)
- Monitoring interfaces from / to Company ERP-Systems or any other It-System (i.e. in Production or Administration Environment) and fixing disturbances
- Prepare documentations (e.g. training documentations, regulation, compliance, archive)
- Contribute and give User Training on new functionality, Improve usage of the IT Solution
- Create audit plan and documents, guide audits and create audit reports
- Contribute and support in the different project phases (Project & Sub-Project Management)
- Improve communication between the global Team and business partners
- Support authorization concept
- Ensure consultancy activities and collecting of requests and requirements of the business. Advising business to achieve optimum business processes
- Specifying functional and technical requirements and matching these to target architecture
- Support Go-Live on site Compliance with the in IT-strategy defined conditions
- Maintain service availability requirements and support maintenance periods
- Coordinating with IT Software Engineering and IT Infrastructure on technical feasibility and solution alignments
- Ensuring regular information flow with/to IT Operations: IT service integration, operations manual, handover
- Managing Scope Change Requests and Service/Product Backlog priorities
- Configuring and customizing IT solutions
- Taking responsibility for test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Running tests (white box tests) and organizing user acceptance tests
- Providing 2nd/3rd level support for above mentioned aspects and coordinate with add. 3rd-level support teams or external partners when needed
- Execute special tasks related to the diff. technical domains
- Compliance with information security guidelines
- Compliance with IT process guidelines
Your skills:
- Education Level : Engineer / Master\xe2\x80\x99s in IT, Electrotechnics or equivalent Study
- Experience: 2 years minimum in similar environment (specially in international env.), especially Support of IT-Solutions for Production env. (Production process : Cutting and preassembly )
