Established in January, 2004 initially as a joint venture company between Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha - Japan (80%) and Prudential Shipping Agencies Pvt. Ltd (20%). It became a 100% subsidiary of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha- Japan on March 30, 2009. Subsequently on September 21, 2013 it became a 100% subsidiary of NYK Group South Asia Pte Limited. The main activity of the company is in providing total logistics and other related services to the automobile industry and in particular undertakes the transportation of vehicles by the car carrier trailers, by road, for domestic as well as export markets. Also the organization is into various other businesses as mentioned below. * Port & Vessel (shipping) operations Stock Yard Management (Finished Vehicle) * Pre Dispatch Inspections of vehicles before loading into shipping vessels for export * Land Transport through Car Carrying Trailer Trucks * Other value-added services such as Accessories Fitment of Vehicles, etc
