He assists the Sales Head in delivering the overall zonal objectives; supervises, fine-tunes and monitors the execution and takes pro-active initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the company’s policies and strategies. Recruit, motivate, train and lead the Regional team. Closely monitor, influence and report on the actions of the Zonal Sales team in order to check their alignment with the agreed overall strategy To create the business plan/strategy for the assigned zoneTo achieve volume and value objectives of the assigned zone within budget, time and policy parameters To ensure accurate Sales forecasting Quarter wise for the region based on sound analysis and support the management for correct planning. Develop and coach the team to take on higher responsibilities; identifying training needs and potential Conduct regular reviews with the team and assist the team in strategizing and achieving the targets set for the individuals, regions and zoneEnsure proper and immediate information sharing / feedback for appropriate and timely action.  Educational Qualification:BE/MBA – Marketing 6-8 years of experience in sales (Candidates with other backgrounds may also be considered if they have relevant industry experience.) Cost /Budget Range: 6 to 8 lpa Work Experience and Skills required:Proven Sales recordShould have excellent people management skill with an ability to manage & motivate professionals.Planning & analytical skills, ability for taking decisions in complex situations.
