Corporate WellnessLocation : NoidaExperience : 4 – 8 YearsFunction : Business DevelopmentVacancy : 1Job Description :Responsibilities:Tying up with new Hospitals, Doctors and clinics for getting new customers  for our services like Physiotherapy, Nursing, Attendant Care and Mother & Child Care. Tying up with new corporates/companies for providing our wellness services. Generating new revenue sources on a monthly basis Increasing revenue/sales for the company on a monthly basisAchieving stringent sales/revenue targets on a monthly basis and generating profitability for the company. Managing the Business development teamWorking closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes.Implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team.Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.Setting tough but achievable revenue targets for the business development managers.Negotiating sales contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability.Working with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
