Technical Skills : IBM Unica , System integration /interaction principles.  Integration of IBM Interact, Optimize, IBM e-Message, IBM Silverpop, IBM Detect and its suite of products.
Functional Skills : Campaign development, Interact Campaign Development, Stored Procedures, triggers, Index and views.
Tools : IBM Campaign, Cognos,SPSS, Unica Detect, IBM Interact
Operating System : Windows, Linux, AIX
Programming : JSP, JS, HtML, CSS, PHP, JAVA
IBM Unica Campaign Suite
Current Infrastructure  assessment and prepared Pre-Requisites
Implementing IBM Campaign and created various security policy, Configuration of IBM WebSphere
Design and developed different channel template. Implementing IBM Campaign, UMO, WCA and eMessage
Documented all test cases along with verification report and designed campaign approach notes.
Design and developed five pilot campaign and leads send it to downstream channel. Doing SIT and taking signoffs from necessary stakeholders
Involved in developing a batch scripts that
Creates auto backup of Campaign Flowchart
Move flowchart from Development environment to production environment.
Auto update of UAT environment with changes made in production environment.
Hands-on experience in configuring
Database connectivity with non-supported databases like MYSQL
Assessments of database
Data source identification
ETL requirements gathering
Writing Stored procedure and functions
Involved in migration of the existing raw query based campaign process into a more sophisticated flowchart based process to manage the entirety of a campaign logic
Automation process to moving the output files from Unica Campaign to other systems with the help of FTP. Automation/Simplification of recurring processes and campaigns. by delivering Post Campaign analysis and reports and  analyze the business requirement document and gather the set of predefined exclusion and inclusion conditions.
Create the strategic segments which is accessible globally across the campaigns and troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns.. Developing campaign UAT and migrate to production by Unica campaign and also to track the response history and contact history create report analyzing the effectiveness of the campaigns.

Campaign development and Integration Surround Systems
Automation/Simplification of recurring processes and campaigns. by delivering Post Campaign analysis and reports and  analyze the business requirement document and gather the set of predefined exclusion and inclusion conditions.
Involved in installation and configuration as per clients requirements.
Integration with LDAP / Active directory for sign-on methods, AZURE SQL – Cloud Based Microsoft SQL As Service
Configuring multiple run time servers for interact and hardware load balancers for interact runtime
Installation and maintaining the cluster server with IBM Unica campaign
Translate business requirements into functional and configuration requirements.
Responsible for  design, build, test Proof of Concepts for CRM technology solutions using Unica Campaign and Interact
