We are a premier Business Process Outsourcing company. We Are Hiring International Customer Care Associates for Inbound voice customers.
 
Job nature-Work from Home.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
1. Resolve customer complaints via email/chat or voice support.
 2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer's issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
 
Candidates must be fluent in English
Shift- Night Shift (9 Pm- 6 Am
Sunday Fixed Off
 
Very Good communication in English no grammar mistakes.
 
Salary: 15-22K

 2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer's issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
 
Candidates must be fluent in English
Shift- Night Shift (9 Pm- 7 Pm)
Sunday Fixed Off
 
Very Good communication in English no grammar mistakes.
 
Salary: 15-22K
