Job Description

Video Editing:

Edit raw video footage into polished final products, ensuring high-quality visual and audio output.

Create engaging reels and promotional videos tailored for various social media platforms.

Integrate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

Podcast Editing:

Edit podcast audio files for clarity and flow, ensuring a seamless listening experience.

Add music, sound effects, and other audio elements to improve the overall production quality.

Manage the audio upload process and optimize files for distribution on platforms such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Content Collaboration:

Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align video and podcast content with branding and messaging goals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for projects.

Post-Production:

Maintain organized project files and backups to ensure easy access and workflow efficiency.

Stay updated on editing trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of content produced.

Quality Control:

Review final edits to ensure they meet the company's standards and are free of errors before publication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Experience with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) for podcast editing.

Familiarity with social media video requirements and trends.

Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to storytelling.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
