Brand Studio is a Creative Communication Agency catering to the Atlas Copco Group. We provide creative services to all companies and brands under the Atlas Copco umbrella worldwide. Our main customers are located in Europe. However, we work with companies on all continents and in most time zones. Our current portfolio spans 15+ brands.

A UX expert is a key member of a design team, responsible for driving the user experience design of digital products and services. They should have a deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and design tools, which they use to create intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging interfaces.

As a UX expert, your mission is to create user-centered design solutions that solve user problems and meet business goals. You will achieve this by conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on design solutions based on user feedback. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that designs meet project goals, timelines, consistency, and brand identity. Ultimately, your goal is to deliver high-quality design solutions that improve the user experience and drive business success.

To you should possess exceptional UI skills, a solid understanding of UX principles, and an excellent eye for clean and artful designs. Your portfolio should showcase your ability to design user-friendly interfaces for various succeed in this role, digital platforms. You stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

As a part of the job, you should demonstrate a high level of conceptual ability and efficient methodology to redefine designs within the constraints of cost and time. You are enthusiastic about pushing design boundaries in new directions. Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently are critical. You have a talent for solving problems creatively and efficiently, with exceptional attention to detail. You take full ownership of a job, driving its deliverables and maintaining client communication. Experience requirements:

• User research: A UX expert should be proficient in various user research methods, such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and observation, and be able to analyze and synthesize user insights to inform design decisions.
• Information architecture: A UX expert should have the ability to organize and structure information in a clear and intuitive way, using principles such as hierarchy, categorization, and labeling.
• Interaction design: A UX expert should be able to design interactions and user flows that are intuitive and efficient, taking into account user needs, behaviors, and context.
• Visual design: A UX expert should have a strong understanding of visual design principles, such as typography, color, and layout, and be able to create interfaces that are visually appealing and consistent.
• Prototyping: A UX expert should be able to create low and high fidelity prototypes using various tools, such as Figma, or Adobe XD, and use them to test and iterate on designs.
• Usability testing: A UX expert should be able to design and conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and use it to improve the design.
• Analytics and Metrics: A UX expert should have knowledge of analytics and metrics to measure the success of their designs and identify areas for improvement.
• Accessibility: An expert should have knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure that digital products or services are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
• Communication: A UX expert should be able to communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders, using verbal and visual communication skills, and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research: A UX expert will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing and synthesizing insights, and using them to inform design decisions.
• Creating personas and user journeys: A UX expert will create personas and user journeys based on user research insights to guide the design process and ensure that the design meets the needs of the target users.
• Defining and Prioritizing User Needs: A UX expert should identify the user\'s needs, behaviors, and motivations to prioritize features and functionalities that will meet their requirements.
• Designing wireframes and prototypes: A UX expert will be responsible for creating wireframes and prototypes that illustrate the structure, content hierarchy, and layout of the interface.
• Creating Design Guidelines and Style Guides: A UX expert should create design guidelines and style guides to ensure that the digital product or service\'s design is consistent and follows the brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: A UX expert will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that the design meets the product requirements, is feasible to implement, and is aligned with the company\'s goals.
• Testing and iterating: A UX expert will be responsible for conducting usability testing on prototypes, gathering feedback from users, and using that feedback to iterate and improve the design.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends: A UX expert should stay up-to-date with emerging UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve the design process and product quality.

Education qualification:

• A degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer science, or a related field
• A master\'s degree in UX design, interaction design, or a similar field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in UX design or research, such as the Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
