Job Role:

Handle lead-based sales provided by the company Understand customer needs and offer appropriate insurance/financial products Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and ensure timely closures Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or BFSI domain Graduation is mandatory Strong communication and negotiation skills Field sales exposure preferred
