UI Path Developer





We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with strong UiPath experience and business analysis capabilities to lead end to end automation delivery. This role combines hands-on bot development with process discovery, stakeholder engagement, and solution design. You ll work across departments to automate critical business functions and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze asis processes, identify automation opportunities, and define tobeworkflows.Gather and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.

Collaborate on solution architecture, API integrations, and enterprise alignment.

Design, build, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.

Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing; ensure reliable and secure bot operations.Document workflows, design specifications (PDD/SDD), and support materials.

Support bot maintenance, optimization, and issue resolution postdeployment.

Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of solid RPA development experience with UiPath Automation Platform (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework) in large enterprise environment

Strong experience in process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder interaction.

Proficient in Python, R, or VB Script for developing custom logic in complex process automation.

Understanding of API/web service integration


Well versed with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification required
