Job Description

Responsible for execution, coordination, and completion of toll plaza works including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and ITS systems, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per project specifications and authority requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Execution and supervision of

RCC foundations, superstructure, and rigid pavement works

for toll plaza. Construction and finishing of

toll booths, admin buildings, and control buildings

. Execution of

canopy structures

including steel works and architectural finishes. Coordination and supervision of

electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, and safety systems

. Coordination with agencies for

FASTag / ETC, ITS, CCTV, ANPR, WIM, ATCC, and related systems

. Planning and implementation of

traffic management and diversion arrangements

during construction. Ensuring site safety, traffic safety, and compliance with approved safety plans. Identification and closure of

snags

, and coordination for

testing, commissioning, and handover

of all systems. Ensuring compliance with

IRC, MoRTH, IS codes

, and project specifications. Coordination with consultants, authority engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparation of daily and monthly progress reports and site documentation.

Experience & Skills

Minimum

8-10+ years' experience

in toll plaza / highway infrastructure projects.

Key Competencies

Site execution & coordination Quality & safety management Problem-solving Team coordination Good knowledge of toll plaza civil works, MEP coordination, and ITS systems. Familiarity with traffic management and safety requirements. Ability to coordinate multiple agencies and manage site execution.
