We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager with in-depth knowledge of government e-tendering processes to join our coal transportation, Mining and logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documentation, and ensuring timely submission through various government portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify relevant tenders on government portals (e.g., GEM, State e-tender portals)
Study tender documents thoroughly and evaluate feasibility
Prepare and compile all necessary documents (technical & commercial) for bid submission
Coordinate with internal departments for technical/financial inputs
Handle online tender submission and manage compliance with portal requirements
Maintain and update bid tracker, tender status reports, and documentation records
Interact with government departments and clients for tender follow-ups and clarifications
Ensure timely renewal of registrations, digital signatures, and certifications
Prepare pricing strategies, and bid calculation
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bid processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Knowledge of transport/logistics sector preferred
Familiarity with digital signatures and document encryption
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field
Proficient in English
3-5 years of experience in tender management (especially government tenders)
