Purpose of Role:

Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all project documentation and deliverables required for successful NBN project completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate all completion documentation including BoM, BoQ, Redlines, As-Built, and Design documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Construction, Quality) to gather required information and documentation. Ensure timely submission of completion documentation to NBN and manage any feedback or queries. Track and report on the status of completion activities and deliverables. Maintain organised records and documentation in line with project and NBN requirements. Assist in the resolution of defects or issues identified during the completion and handover process. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to the completion process and documentation quality. Liaise with NBN and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in NBN project completions or a similar role within the telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of NBN network architecture and technologies (Fibre, Copper, HFC). Experience in reviewing and validating completion documentation such as DDDs, IDDs, Redlines, BoM, BoQ, As-Built, and Design documents. Familiarity with N2P programs (e.g., Atlas, S-18, SD1) and tools such as ADR, MapInfo, and QGIS. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Qualifications:

Diploma or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in NBN completions or project coordination (desirable).
