Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients for lead generation and sales conversion.
Identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful business conversations.
Schedule appointments and service for field sales or senior executives.
Maintain and regularly update the CRM or client database with accurate information.
Follow up on existing leads to ensure consistent engagement and progress through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Provide timely feedback and insights from client conversations to improve offerings and messaging.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in B2B telesales.
Proven ability to generate quality leads and meet or exceed targets.
Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with professionals at various levels, including decision-makers.
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel).
