Telecaller – Sales & Lead Generation

Job Description

Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients in Australia. Promote and explain our products/services effectively. Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales goals. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication skills in English. Confidence in speaking with international clients. Ability to persuade and handle objections effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Availability to work in Australian time zones. A reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home.
