Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller for Franchise Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors and business partners via phone to promote our franchise opportunities, explain the business model, and schedule appointments for further discussion.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain the franchise opportunity.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
Answer incoming inquiries related to franchise opportunities and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings or virtual calls between interested candidates and the sales/franchise team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp communications.
Assist in sending franchise brochures, proposals, and documents to prospective franchisees.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or franchise/business development.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Confident, energetic, and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to understand and explain a business model clearly.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Graduation in any discipline (MBA/Marketing is a plus).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
