Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and clients.
Explain company services/products in a clear and effective manner.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Handle inquiries professionally and provide solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Prior telecalling experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
