Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads or sales.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to convert them into customers.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide product/service information clearly and accurately.
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback and improvement.
Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all interactions.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
Excellent
verbal communication skills
