Job Description

We are looking for energetic and persuasive

Telecallers & Sales Executives

to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain products/services clearly and professionally over the phone. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads. Schedule appointments for field sales if needed. Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Coordinate with the sales team for closures and feedback.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication skills in (English and Hindi). Confidence and ability to convince customers. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling. Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream). Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
