Technical Trainer

We are hiring skilled and passionate Technical Trainers to deliver high-quality curriculum and placement training for engineering colleges.
The core focus is on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), and additional knowledge in full-stack development and other modern technologies will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) - mandatory.

Additional requirements (Bonus skills)
MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
React.js, Spring Boot, Java, Python
Software Testing (Manual & Selenium)
Cloud (AWS basics)

Deliver both curriculum-based and placement-focused training.
Create engaging content, projects, and coding exercises.
Assess students via tests, mocks, and assignments.
Mentor students for technical interview rounds and coding tests.
Collaborate with internal curriculum and training team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year teaching/training experience.
Strong command over DSA using Java/Python/C++.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or relevant field.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Spring Boot)
Experience in full-stack or cloud projects.
Selenium automation or testing experience.
