Technical Trainer - Remote - Part Time ( Employer location - Tamil Nadu, India )

This part-time remote role is ideal for individuals passionate about teaching and mentoring in web and software development. As a Technical Trainer & Subject Matter Expert, you will deliver evening training sessions using company-provided structured content. You'll guide learners through technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, React, and Spring Boot. Requirements

0 to 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or mentoring Proficiency in the listed web and software development technologies Strong communication and classroom handling skills Ability to engage and support students in an online learning environment Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace Availability for the mentioned time slot (7 PM to 10 PM, Mon-Fri)

Day-to-day Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct live online training sessions from 7 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday. Teach core web and software development topics using provided structured content. Guide and mentor students by resolving doubts and reviewing their assignments. Ensure sessions are interactive, practical, and aligned with industry standards. Track student progress and provide feedback to improve their learning outcomes. Collaborate with the internal team to enhance content and session quality. Maintain a professional and student-friendly training environment throughout the course.
