Key Responsibilities:
Modeller Responsibilities:
        Create accurate and detailed 3D steel models using Tekla software based on provided structural and architectural drawings.
        Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate and coordinated steel structures in alignment with project requirements.
        Generate precise material quantity take-offs from the 3D models to aid in project planning and material procurement.
        Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and best practices in steel detailing.
        Optimize models to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance constructability while maintaining design integrity.
        Assist in creating accurate documentation including drawings, reports, and model-based deliverables for project records.

Checker Responsibilities:
        Conduct comprehensive quality checks on steel models and drawings developed using Tekla software to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
        Interpret and analyze structural and architectural drawings to verify the precision and completeness of the steel detailing.
        Collaborate with modellers, engineers, and project managers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of steel detailing projects.
        Review and verify generated material lists for accuracy and alignment with the project specifications.
        Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, project specifications, and best practices in steel detailing.
        Provide constructive feedback to modellers to enhance the quality and efficiency of steel models and drawings.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in steel detailing using Tekla software.

Software Proficiency:
        Proficient in Tekla, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
        Strong understanding of construction and structural engineering principles.
        Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
        Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and errors in models and drawings.
        Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
