Lead LSA team to manage Pfizer InterCompany Operations Unplanned Incidents, freight insurance claims, metrics reporting, dashboard, analytical methodology/tool development and data analysis to drive continuous improvement and decision making by respective IO functional groups and stakeholders
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure high quality and accuracy of data maintained by LSA team for dashboard and metrics reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards that highlight trending and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of Logistics Operations processes
Hold external service providers accountable for adherence to CAPA and Freight Claims management standards
Drive LSA standard work processes, simplification and, continuous improvement
Engagement with IO functional group, IO Quality and global freight forwarder to ensure all unplanned deviations are closed within stipulated timeline.
Liaise with Pfizer cargo claim agent, Corporate Insurance and relevant stakeholders closely to ensure effective management of freight insurance claims and financial recovery.
Develop and manage business performance dashboards providing timeline information and insights that enable continuous improvement in operational/quality performance, reduce risks, and optimize costs
Preparing reports for IO Functional Group / Management stating trends, patterns and prediction basing on available data.
Ensure LSA operational continuity and high team performance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management), Supply Chain or Logistics is required
Minimum 5 years experience in international freight/logistics environment that include supervisory competency
Effective communication skills in both oral and written (English) as well as excellent presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to work with a lot of variables and data and synthesize to drive management decision making
High proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools. Working on VB Excel Macros is an added advantage.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
SQL skills (to pull data from internal database) and programming skills such as R analytics, Python, etc. (for data analytic) would be and added advantage.

Must be able to work in a global environment across multiple time zones
Ability to travel on business (if required)
