Ensure that there is no billing loss
Talent management Implements career development and succession plan for direct reports
Keeps the team engaged to ensure high morale and low attrition
Responsible for improving CSAT
Create and present reports internally and to clients
Diagnoses gaps in existing processes and look at reengineering opportunities
Manage transitions as required without impacting business
Maintains ongoing knowledge of changing products procedures and industry trends
Works closely with enabler functions as required
Manage the team of 15 to 20 FTEs
