Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per treatment plans and physician instructions
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
Ensure infection control, patient safety, and hygiene standards
Educate patients and attendants on health care, medications, and post-treatment care
Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies
Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid registration with State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council
Freshers or experienced candidates may apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations
Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience
Experience in hospital, clinic, ICU, OT, or ward nursing (preferred but not mandatory)
